Tuscany is located in North Central Italy. The population is just about 3.6 million. It's filled with gorgeous surrounding hills and countryside. The best time to visit Tuscany is during the spring and fall. The weather is comfortable and you won't be surrounded by so many tourists. The Summer months are much hotter here.
